About Us

At E&S Family Medicine Physicians, we provide the full scope of Family Medicine including general medical care, acute medical care, gynecological care, and limited pediatric care. We are well trained to treat most major medical diseases including but not limited to Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma, COPD, Elevated Cholesterol, Hypothyroidism, Anemia, etc.   As primary care physicians, we can be there for the initial evaluation and treatment of most ailments including but not limited to:  Infectious illnesses, Musculoskeletal issues, Gastrointestinal complaints, Ear Nose and Throat disorders, and Skin problems.  General physicals and wellness visits are also provided by our team of skilled physicians. These are vital to ensure that the necessary age appropriate counseling, cancer screenings, laboratory testing, and vaccinations are discussed.

Because we have three very competent Board Certified physicians you will always have quick access to medical care during acute problems.  The practice was founded by Dr Juan Escobales, however he retired from the practice in 2014. He has left behind a very established and stable practice that strives to provide excellent health care to all patients. Even though we would like to believe it’s our doctors that make our practice shine, the credit really goes to our staff. More than half of our staff has been with the practice for more than 15 years.  When you call our office you will always talk to a person, no voice mail. We continue to answer phones through lunch for your convenience (but please be patient during this hour, since we are short staffed at that time). We strive to answer any of your questions, requests or concerns with in the same day, but it is a strict policy to have them handled no later than in 24 hours.

We have transitioned completely to electronic medical records to provide even more state of the art care. We can electronically send prescriptions directly to your local or mail away pharmacies. We have implemented a patient portal where the providers and staff can communicate with you confidentially, this has improved patient care and access to medical care.
